We are thrilled to showcase not one, but two new case studies on our projects page, each demonstrating different processes and factors.
The first project reviews the Birmingham Symphony Hall scheme whereby GS Catering Equipment Ltd was involved in the hospitality design and installation project for the concert hall. Our role within the project was to design, supply and install drinks and foodservice equipment within the bar and catering areas.
The second case study focuses on the scheme we did for The Old Vic Institute Theatre in Bristol whereby our role was to complete a bar/catering design and installation project. Our contribution to the refurbishment was to provide a catering kitchen with a support kitchen in the basement as well as aid the completion of the two bars.
In the case studies, we discuss the challenges raised, equipment utilised and the considerations we made throughout the projects’ timespans.
